Ngomi Masks

Ngomi means ancestor in the Kikuyu culture. This project seeks to celebrate the connection between the present, past & future. Also to redeem the dignity of our ancestral connection that was condemned in the past through colonialism but is finding it's way back into our indigenous cultures.
